Returns & warranty.

Unopened, sealed hardware in original factory condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping is at your cost, and a 10% restocking fee may apply. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we've received and inspected the item.

To start a return, email us with your order number and the reason before shipping anything back.

The warranty covers factory defects, verified before soldering or installation.

Bench-test all electronics with a smoke stopper before powering up a full build. If a component is faulty out of the box, we'll replace it.

FPV and robotics hardware is used at the edge of its tolerances, so the warranty is limited. It is void once a component has been:

• —Soldered
• —Modified in any way
• —Installed and flown or driven
• —Damaged by incorrect voltage, reversed polarity, or a crash

This is not us being difficult — once a flight controller, ESC or VTX has been powered in a build, there is no reliable way to distinguish a factory defect from an installation fault.

• —Opened or unsealed electronics
• —Custom-fabricated parts made to your specification
• —Items damaged after delivery

If an item arrives visibly damaged or is dead out of the box, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video of the unpowered component. We'll sort out a replacement.
